Rev. Mark Chow, Superintendent
Welcome to our website! Located in beautiful hill country of Appalachian Ohio, the Foothills District of the United Methodist Church is comprised of 160 congregations throughout Athens, Fairfield, Gallia, Hocking, Meigs, Morgan, Muskingum, Perry, Washington, and Vinton counties.
