The Foothills District
|
|---|
The Foothills District would like to encourage our churches, ministries and individuals to create more sustainable local food systems. Our local food pantries are seeing more people coming to them for assistance than ever before. We not only need to produce more food on a local level in order to help feed those who struggle for basic necessities but also teach people how to sustain themselves through creating their own food. In this way, we can live out the Parable of the Good Samaritan by being a neighbor to one another.
